RepairQ 1.1.7 release is now live! This release features:

  • You can scan to add ticket items by Serial# and/or SKU#
  • You can trade-in a device with the same serial number as one of your inventory items (whether sold or not), and it will update the original item accordingly (you won’t lose the history)
  • Cost of Goods and Cost of Services split into separate reports
  • You can export sales summary by item report and the marketing list report to excel
  • You can export your catalog to excel
  • You can export your entire inventory to excel
  • Inventory Valuation report restored
  • System log enhancements
  • Ticket timers now always count up, and show the time remaining to the next warning in a tooltip

Coming Soon:

  • Discount field will move to the ticket items so you can add/edit the discount for each item individually
  • Price for ticket items that can be overridden (based on a new item type setting)
  • The new ticket UI is getting close to finished. See the screenshot below for a sneak peak:

If you feel that you have not received these features on your instance, please let us know. We are careful not to release anything that will cause problems with your RepairQ installation, but if you feel that we have messed something up then please submit a support ticket and we will resolve the issue ASAP.
