President and CEO
As CEO, Steve Teel is focused on delivery of company vision and creating growing value for our customers, partners, and shareholders. Steve has over 25 years of business development and operations experience in service management and telecom. Before joining ServiceCentral, Steve was founder and president of SourceWireless.com, an internet marketplace for wireless equipment. He was also President of EPS Wireless, division president with Arch Wireless, Inc., and president of The Beeper Company of America. He holds a B.S. in Information Technology and Accounting from Jacksonville State University.
Chief Operating Officer
In addition to his corporate strategy and operations role, Darrell leads the Client Services organization where he is focused on delivering and supporting world class business and technology solutions. Darrell has over 25 years of software development, professional services, and operations experience in service management, banking, and insurance verticals. Prior to joining ServiceCentral in 2005, Darrell held senior roles at national and multinational software and consulting organizations. Darrell holds a BS degree in Management Information Systems from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Chief Information Officer
Al is responsible for our data center architecture and technology platforms, as well as implementation for our enterprise and global customers. Al is an information systems professional with over 30 years of experience. Prior to joining ServiceCentral, Al was the Chief Technology Officer for the Justice Services Division of G4S, providing electronic monitoring and case management solutions to a global customer base. Al also served as a Principal for New Resources Corporation providing technical services solutions and business process consulting where he was responsible for expanding markets and a tenfold growth in revenue.
Chief Business Development Officer
James directs our company brand and products, evaluating how they fit our customers needs, align with our vision, and drive company growth. He currently leads SCT’s marketing, sales, and strategic development teams as CBDO. Previously, James was CEO and Co-Founder of RepairQ, a retail repair point-of-sale that he merged with SCT in 2017. James’s prior experience includes 10+ years of creative direction, consulting, and strategic development as the Founder and CEO of a digital products company, Prolific Agency. James has a B.A. in Advertising from Oklahoma State University.
Chief Technology Officer
Jeff leads ServiceCentral’s product development and innovation as it aligns with our customer needs and our strategic vision. Jeff joined ServiceCentral as CTO and VP of Product in 2017 after a strategic merger, bringing with him RepairQ, a point-of-sale for repair shops he created five years prior. Before his work with RepairQ, Jeff participated in several software start-ups, as well as consulting in multiple industries and verticals, both designing and implementing unique business systems. Jeff graduated from Oral Roberts University in 2001 with a degree in management information systems.
